Delivery Information

Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are as follows:  We ship by Australia Post. Postage & handling within Australia starts as low as A$7.60. For Overseas orders please e-mail us first.

All orders will be confirmed by e-mail of availability, cost and delivery date. Generally orders are shipped within 2 working days (weekends excluded, custom orders excluded). We use Australia Post for shipment.  If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: info@creativekeyringsandgifts.com.au

Custom made products are specially made for you and may take approx 2 weeks to complete. If you have an urgent deadline please let us know and we will try to meet it. These orders require your e-mail approval of our artwork prior to going into production.

Please be aware that only items sent by registred post can be traced through Australia post. If parcel is not received or lost, we may not be obliged to resend order. Please ensure correct mailing address, we would prefer PO Box address where possible. If registration is required please e-mail us, additional cost may be charged.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at CREATIVE KEYRINGS AND GIFTS. We check all items carefully prior to shipping though if it happens your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card.
We are happy to exchange an item (except custom/personalised orders). Postage for the returned item will not be refunded and we will have to charge you with postage to send out exchanged item.
Please e-mail us prior to returning the item.
All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
Customised items cannot be exchanged or returned for not liking or having changed your mind, please ensure to check our artwork file carefully prior to approving it.

      • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
      • Your name and address
      • A description of the item you are returning
      • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item
